lnmp1.6升级nignx1.16.0出错解决办法

错误信息：

option, or install the PCRE library into the system, or build the PCRE library
statically from the source with nginx by using --with-pcre=<path> option.

解决办法：
centos的话 yum install pcre-devel
debian/ubuntu的话 apt-get install libpcre3-dev
安装成功后再升级
